Qalbu means our "heart" aka mind aka thoughts. In short it means Emotional Quoetient (EQ) and IQ. What does it mean by management Qalbu???
Simple... it is how we manage our emotion, the way we think and behave. Quality mangement will shine out through a good behaviour towards oneself and others.
The most important thing abour Management Qalbu is to understand, create and maintain a good relationship with Allah! A good muslim is able to manage a good spiritual link with Al-Khaliq. With the strong establish links with Allah... there is nothing in this world can stop us from achieving anything that we desire. InsyaAllah !
